• Sanitary-hygienic certificate (copy; it is required depending on the type of freight),
• Certificate of origin, a copy.
• Quality certificate (a copy, if required).
• Power of attorney to forwarding the freight (issued on the company on the orders of which the freight will be forwarded), the original and the copy, as in an attachment.
• The foreign economic contract with partner(s) (a copy, if required).
• Accreditation card in the customs office, a copy.
• Goods code according to CN FEA (The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity).
• Advance notice, Advance declaration (AN/AD).

For the export:

• The originals of all documents.
• Cargo customs declarations (CCD).
• CMR.
• The packing list (specification).
• Invoice.
• Quality certificate.

Hazardous (chemical) freights

• “Arsenal” insurance.
• MSDS-card or the security card.
• Quality certificate.
• Analyses certificate.
• The original letter from the Committee on Drug Substances (for substances containing precursors).

Food freights

• Non-GMO certificate.
• The label with the readable date of production and the expiration date.
• The declaration of the producer.

The freights of the plant origin that fall under the quarantine

• The phytosanitary certificate, the original.
• The import quarantine allowance (the original, if it is not older than a month).

Veterinary freights

(at least one day before the vessel’s arrival)

• The allowance on import by the Veterinary Department (a copy).
• Veterinary certificate (for the Odessa sea trade port – the original and a copy for Illychivsk sea trade port).
• Certificate of origin (for the Odessa sea trade port – the original and a copy for Illychivsk sea trade port).

Medical freights

• The registration certificate (for the Odessa sea trade port – the copy and a notary copy for Illychivsk sea trade port).
• The expert conclusion of Chamber of Commerce and Industry about the definition of code of the goods.
• The analyses certificate.
• The original letter from the Committee on Drug Substances (for substances containing drug substances).

Fertilizers
