Air Freight Forwarder Assistant

Due to the expansion of our air freight division, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Air Freight Forwarder Assistant. If you want to gain practical knowledge, develop in the logistics industry, and work in an international environment — we invite you to apply.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional customer service through receiving and efficient execution of forwarding orders;

• Supporting freight forwarders in organizing import and export air shipments;

• Cooperation with subcontractors, airlines, and foreign agents;

• Monitoring the progress of ongoing orders;

• Entering data into operational systems;

• Ensuring proper document flow, completeness, and archiving of transport documentation;

• Building and developing relationships with clients and business partners.

Our Requirements

• Communicative English proficiency, both spoken and written;

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

• Good self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks;

• Accuracy, responsibility, and commitment;

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the TSL industry.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transport, or customer service.
