Your key responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support daily operations and enhance communication between clients, sales managers, and logistics partners. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing offers, scheduling, follow-ups, and client communications. Analyze lost bids and contribute to improvement
    strategies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high client satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information, resolving inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Operational Coordination: Monitor shipments, track deliveries, and work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, update databases, conduct market research, and support marketing efforts.
  • Account Handling: Oversee invoicing, handle disputes, manage credit control, and follow up on payments within credit limits.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create regular reports, analyze performance data, and identify areas for operational improvement.

What we’re looking for:

We value individuals who are proactive, reliable, and team-oriented. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in a similar role in the freight forwarding or logistics sector is preferred
  • Languages: Fluency in Romanian and Russian. Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
