Customs Broker Authorization

April 9, 2026

As of April 4, 2026, we have officially obtained authorization in line with Ukraine’s updated customs legislation requirements and now operate as an authorized customs broker.

The introduction of broker authorization under Resolution No. 454 updates the framework for customs brokerage activities, including clear qualification requirements and a stronger focus on regulatory compliance in day-to-day customs operations.

This authorization confirms that our internal processes, expertise, and team meet the standards required to operate in a more regulated and transparent environment.

What this means in practice:

  • inclusion in the register of authorized customs brokers
  • a customs support approach focused on timeline control and process predictability
  • access to simplifications as a direction for further development, including in the context of moving toward AEO status
  • stronger capacity to support cross-border operations and cooperation with international partners within aligned standards

What stands behind the status:

  • proven experience in customs operations
  • a qualified team and continuous competence development
  • a compliance framework and internal procedures
  • the ability to ensure accurate and reliable customs declarations
