Formag and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan Sign Memorandum of Consultative Cooperation

June 4, 2026

Strengthening international partnerships begins with the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and practical experience. This principle lies at the heart of a new stage of cooperation between Formag and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Consultative Cooperation between the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan and Formag, establishing a framework for professional collaboration in the field of logistics and international transportation.

As part of this cooperation, Vadim Dynin, Head of Formag Kyiv, has been appointed as Advisor on Logistics Matters to the Chamber in a consultative capacity.

The Memorandum reflects a shared commitment to fostering stronger business ties between Ukraine and Japan by providing expert support in areas that are increasingly important for international trade and economic cooperation. Through this partnership, practical expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation management, supply chains, and international cargo movement will be available to support the Chamber's activities and initiatives.

In today's interconnected global economy, efficient logistics is more than a support function – it is a strategic component of international business. Reliable transportation solutions, resilient supply chains, and effective cross-border coordination are essential for companies seeking to expand internationally and build sustainable partnerships. This is particularly relevant as Ukrainian and Japanese businesses continue to explore new opportunities for cooperation across multiple sectors.

The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan plays an important role in strengthening economic, business, and cultural relations between the two countries, creating opportunities for dialogue, partnership development, and knowledge exchange. Formag is honored to contribute its expertise to these efforts through a consultative role focused on logistics and transportation matters.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. Kateryna Yavorska, Chairperson of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Japan, for her trust, leadership, and dedication to advancing cooperation between the Ukrainian and Japanese business communities.

For Formag, this Memorandum represents more than a formal agreement. It is an opportunity to share practical industry knowledge, support initiatives that facilitate international cooperation, and contribute to building stronger connections between businesses in Ukraine and Japan.

We believe that long-term partnerships are built on trust, professionalism, and the willingness to collaborate. Through this new chapter of cooperation, we look forward to supporting initiatives that encourage business development, strengthen international networks, and create new opportunities for economic cooperation between our countries.

As Ukraine continues to deepen its engagement with international partners, meaningful collaboration and the exchange of expertise remain essential. We are proud to contribute to this process and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.
