Formag Forwarding contributed to PwC’s research on Ukraine’s 3PL market

We took part in PwC’s analytical research on Ukraine’s 3PL and fulfillment market – “The 3PL Market: A Look Ahead”. For the industry, reliable data matters: it supports planning, makes provider approaches easier to compare, and helps businesses make predictable supply chain decisions.

According to PwC’s methodology, the team initially compiled an expanded list of around 50 logistics companies that publicly positioned themselves as 3PL providers. After screening against core 3PL criteria, PwC conducted 19 in-depth interviews totaling 35 hours, held between December 17, 2025 and February 10, 2026.

We use insights from research like this in a practical way – to sharpen our service development priorities around what customers increasingly expect from a 3PL partner: transparency, controllability, stable execution, and clear cooperation models.
