Warsaw Security & Defence Expo: a focus on defense-tech logistics requirements

Formag Forwarding’s Kyiv team, together with our colleagues in Warsaw, visited the Warsaw Security & Defence Expo. Being present at specialised events in this segment is a practical tool for our work in defense tech, where requirements around logistics, documentation and compliance evolve quickly.

For shipments involving military-related goods, drones, dangerous cargo and dual-use items, the priorities are a predictable outcome, correct documentation and the carrier’s required permits and authorisations. 

We handle these tasks regularly, both for imports into Ukraine and for the temporary export of Ukrainian solutions to international venues, including exhibition shipments. This helps us design operations around the specific cargo and remove risks at the planning stage.
