Delivery of 12 Buses from China to Azerbaijan via Khorgos

Our team in Azerbaijan organised the delivery of 12 buses from Hefei, China, to Baku, Azerbaijan. The route ran via Khorgos, Kazakhstan and the Port of Alat, requiring the coordination of multiple transport and transit stages.

The main challenge was to ensure the safe and predictable movement of oversized cargo requiring careful handling, all within a tight delivery schedule.

To carry out the shipment, we planned the route, transit procedures and allocation of specialised equipment in advance. Particular attention was paid to coordination between all parties during border crossings, terminal operations and cargo handovers between different stages of the route.

Thanks to centralised operational control, all 12 buses were delivered to Baku within the agreed timeframe, with full shipment visibility and control maintained throughout the entire journey.
